Team Standards
Our bookkeepers are required to fulfill four standards – Education, Experience, Testing & Training:

2 - 5 years experience

Successfully completed the Pure Bookkeeping Skills Assessment

Successfully completed the Pure Bookkeeping Training Program

Because we are licenced to use the Pure Bookkeeping System, you can rest easy knowing that you will never find yourself in that vulnerable position again!
The Pure Bookkeeping System includes a rigorous Skills Test that all suitable candidates complete before they are interviewed and accepted on our team. It was surprising to see that most candidates FAILED the test! We were then able to choose the cream of the crop.
The next hurdle they need to overcome, before they even start working for us, is to complete the Pure Bookkeeping Training Program. This comprehensive program covers all aspects of best practice bookkeeping.
Because of the PBS we guarantee the quality of the work regardless which team member is assigned to you.
